I have always had an interest in photography and art. Growing up, I remember painting and drawing, doodling, and daydreaming. I love to let my creativity run wild while working with my hands and making beautiful things. I pursued my art by way of photography. In college, it was hard to pick just one creative outlet to focus on, but when I took my first black and white photography class, I knew it was right for me. In 2001, I received my Bachelor of Fine arts Degree in Photography from Kansas State University. Now, I am blessed to be pursuing a career that offers me the opportunity to be creative every day. My husband, Kevin, works with me on many shoots, and it is great being able to share this dream with him. For us, is a joy to shoot portraits of families, brides, engaged couples, weddings and newborns. Having the privilege to witness these beautiful relationships, and capture them in images make this job so gratifying. I love creating portraits for people that are memorable, beautiful, fun, and interesting. Hobbies and other interests: My interests include spending time with my husband, bible study, reading, learning, painting, watching movies, taking leisurely bubblebaths, cooking for people, spending time with family and friends, running, and cocheting.
